There are different reasons that users will require to delete or Close Amazon account. However, deleting the account will remove all the history of orders and buy proofs from the account. A user won’t be able to access the information anymore. this may also cause the problem for all the related accounts, services, and features that are connected to a similar email address. The eBooks, Movies, Games, and every one the cloud data associated with your Amazon account will be lost. If later on, the user wants to create another account with a similar email address, they will create it without any problem.

1. go to Amazon’s official website and sign on to your account by clicking the sign-in button at the top right side.

2. make sure you check your orders before closing the account. Click on the Order button at the top right. If there are any pending orders, you'll cancel them.

3. Now from the most page of Amazon scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on on the help link as shown below:

4. Scroll down the page, click on the requirement More Help button, and choose the Contact Us option.

5. Here you would like to select the Prime or Something else tab. within the tell us more select Login and security and close my account options as shown below:

6. it'll provide the options below through which you'll contact them and ask them to close your account. the options are E-mail, Phone, and Chat. you'll select any method and provide details about closing the account.

7. Finally, you'll get a successful message that it was successfully requested for closing the Amazon account. it'll take up to 12 or 24 hours for them to respond to your request.
